SP200DNSLite Photometer
Aerosol Photometer
The SP200DNS Photometer has been specifically designed to ensure that all your filter testing requirements are satisfied now and in the future. The DNS (Dynamic Noise Suppression) system allows highly variable aerosol challenges to be measured without significant loss of response time. The instrument boasts the greatest sensitivity and lowest noise drift available.

Stainless Steel Digital Probe
SP20 Stainless Steel Digital Probe
The SP20 is an accessory for the SP200DNS Photometer. It is a Stainless Steel Fishtail scanning probe with digital readout and LED alarm indication. The measuring value is replicated on the 5 digit LCD back light display. A special feature of the probe is that the fishtail may be separated from the display allowing more comfortable scanning options.

Precision Thermal Generator
A medium sized and compact Thermal Aerosol Generator for use in validating high efficiency Air Filtration Systems, air flow visualisation in work and fire training. Internal gas bottle or external gas bottle (version determines option). Oil is propelled through the heat exchanger using an inert gas (normally CO2). The vapour condenses in the ambient air to provide a dry dense aerosol smoke.
The precision needle valve allows the user to accurately and repeatably control the aerosol output.
The DOP1100 compliments our family of G209 aerosol generators.

Self Contained Laskin Nozzle Generator
The self contained DOP600C10 Laskin Nozzle Aerosol generator with built in compressor is designed to provide small quantities of aerosol suitable for challenging single filter systems such as installed in LAF and MBSC. The generator is also provided with a compressed air input which may be used in place of the in-built compressor, making it suitable for operation in hazardous areas.

DOP600C10 Laskin Generator
SPG Laskin Aerosol Generator
The SPG Range of Laskin generators are ideal for the testing of small filter systems. Depending upon the model chosen the Portable Laskin Aerosol Generator will provide sufficient aerosol to challenge systems between 182 and 1,800 m3/hr.Laskin Generators are also suitable for smoke visualisation work and room recovery determinations. The standard generators model number is prefixed with the letters SPG while the transportable models are prefixed with the letters DOP.

Positive Injection Pump
The Mobile Positive Injection Pump provides easy handling of aerosol at the point of injection. The Aerogene Aerosol Generator simply stands on the floor and the aerosol is directed to the injection point using the 5cm diameter flexible pipe provided in a 10 metre length. Speed control version allows precision control of sparge pipe aerosol curtain for testing LAF units and MBSC. Allows control over 10% - 100% range.

Air Mover
Air mover with electronic variable speed control. Supplied complete on a trolley with on/off switch and 10 metres of flexible 50 mm tube to connect to the filter system. Used where static filters are installed and the filter is to be aerosol tested. Draws air and aerosol from aerosol generator and provides both the air source and aerosol challenge. (Generator not included) Open flow of 156 m3/hr. Can also be used as Positive Injection Pump to allow aerosol to be introduced to air handling systems. 240 volt operation 50/60 Hz 900 watts.

Sparge Pipes
Designed to improve the quality of the DOP Test

Improves:-
Reliability – robustness of test
Repeatability
Significantly shorten the test time

Confidence levelThe DOP Filter Test requires that the challenge aerosol be fully mixed in the system air stream by the time the challenge reaches the filter. In practise this may be difficult to achieve. The Sparge Pipe Kit provides you with the tools to ensure good aerosol distribution at the point of injection.

Longitudinal Scanning Probe
Safe change housings have traditionally been tested volumetrically for leakage. In some cases this may be an acceptable measurement. The volumetric test though is some 2000 to 3000 times less sensitive than the aerosol scan test. This means that there may be substantial holes in a volumetrically tested filter but it will still pass the 0.01% DOP volumetric leak test. This could significantly compromise safety.
To allow a full aerosol scan test, DOP Solutions Ltd have produced a scanning solution for filters which cannot be accessed for normal scanning using the traditional aerosol photometer scanning probe. Commonly these systems are under high negative pressure. A scanning probe in 316 stainless steel is permanently inserted into the downstream clean side of the safe change housing. The probe end extends outside the main filter housing and is sealed in a capped off zone.

Aerosol Sample Ports
DOP supply a sample port kit to enable easy safe installation of a sample port either in a cleanroom or LAF Unit. The kit is provided with full installation instructions.
The installation of the port in a cleanroom allows the measurement of the challenge aerosol in the facility immediately before and after the scanning of the filter face. This saves testing time and improves test quality.
Simple to install, this is a one off installation. Once fitted the port is always available for challenge measurement. The port may also be used for the differential pressure measurement of the filter.
The port has a special RED plug which is inserted when the port is not in use. This safely seals the port.

Aerosol Injection Ports
The DOP Aerosol Injection P ort provides repeatable and fast aerosol injection without “re-inventing the wheel” each time a test is made. The port fits easily to the side of the system being tested. A 50mm hole is drilled into the side of the system under test and the port is secured using mastic and screws. Full installation instructions are provided. The aerosol injection port allows easy connection to our Positive Injection Pump (PIP) and Sparge Pipe System.

DI /WFI Water Fogger
To optimise the function of cleanrooms and of clean working areas it is particularly important to understand their air-flow characteristics. The DI/WFI Water Fogger produces highly visible fog using nothing but DI/WFI water and ultrasonic energy. It is ideal for visualising air flow patterns, identifying vortices and flow disturbances, and for verifying pressure differentials between clean zones, and for tracing migration paths especially around process equipment and cleanroom furniture.
